Two Lovely Caravans, placed in ideal locations to explore the beautiful county of Norfolk
First and foremost these are our family caravans, not a business. They are comfortable with lots of extras - we aim to have homely, stylish caravans with lots of home comforts at a reasonable cost. However, we may not be the cheapest, as we cannot compete with large organisations letting caravans - we aim to give value for money, as we have extras you will not get in a site owned caravan. Capri is our larger cottage style caravan based at Summerfields Holiday Village at Scratby, between Caister and Hemsby.
Taking bookings for 2012 and 2013 now! You may find a cheaper caravan to rent on this site, but you won't find a more comfortable or roomy one, with lots of extras!
With easy and quick access to Great Yarmouth and the Broads, this caravan has central heating, double glazing, a fabulous central lounge, two shower rooms and is designed for maximum privacy. Spacious, light and comfortable accommodation.
To the right of the doors is a very large roomy double bedroom with large wardrobes and dressing table plus the benefit of an ensuite. A travel cot can be fitted in to this room (supplied, but your own bed linen will be required) To the left of the door is a further double bedroom, a cross over bunk room (with bed guard for bottom bed) and another shower room with toilet. The living area benefits from a large sofa with coffee table, Flatscreen Freeview TV, DVD Player and IPod dock. There is a small library of DVD's and books and a highchair.
The dining area has a table and four chairs, with a further two folding chairs kept in the cupboard if needed.The fully equiped kitchen also benefits from a coffee maker, table top oven and grill for times when you either don't want to use the full cooker or need more cooking space, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is an iron and ironing board for guests to use and a fan.
The large decked veranda area has a wooden bench, plus a table and four chairs. The outside area now has a newly laid drive and a path to our new plastic steps that lead up to the veranda. The caravan is double glazed, has a gas fire plus heaters in every room and we have supplementary electric heaters in the wardrobe for colder nights or for those who prefer not to use the gas fire.
Savannah is our roomy 2 bedroomed caravan at Seashore Haven Holiday Park, based at North Denes on Great Yarmouth seafront. Extremely limited availability for Savannah for 2012 -

With a roomy double bedroom with ensuite toilet and a spacious twin bedroom, this caravan is great holiday accommodation for families and couples alike. The twin bedroom can be made in to a double, or one bed can be folded up to make a very large single room.
The large shower room with toilet has plenty of space and a modern feel. We prefer to book the caravan for 4 people, but will consider a weekend for 6, where the 2 extra people use the sofa bed in the living area.The hallway has a shoe cupboard and coat cupboard. There is a full kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster, plus a *coffee maker, *small fan and *iron / ironing board. * Available from 2013. Spacious living area with a dining area and coffee table.
There is a door to close off the living area from the hall and bedrooms. Flatscreen Freeview TV with integral DVD player and CD Player. Small library of DVD's games and books. Gas fire in the living room and electric heating in the bedrooms. Outside there is small veranda with gate, an area to park your car and a bench to enjoy the sunny days/smoke. There is a view of Great Yarmouth Racecourse and the helipad, both of the entertainment centres are a very short walk away and the glorious sand dunes and beach are accessed directly from the site. This caravan is also just 5 minutes drive from Capri at Scratby.
